Founded in 1979, the JSC Agrokombinat Dzerzhinskiy has evolved into the foundation of the Dzerzhinsky Agricultural Complex. This transformation was achieved through the strategic and mutually beneficial merger of underperforming farms in the region with the broiler poultry farm, forming a large, integrated agro-industrial holding. Today, JSC Agrokombinat Dzerzhinskiy stands as the largest enterprise in the Dzerzhinsky district, encompassing 41,700 hectares of agricultural land, including 19,600 hectares of arable land. Our core business is the industrial production of poultry meat, along with its processing and sales.

JSC “Agrokombinat “Dzerzhinsky” is one of the TOP-10 leading enterprises of the Republic of Belarus.

The main activity of JSC “Agrokombinat “Dzerzhinsky” is the cultivation of poultry meat and its processing, along with the production of hatching eggs, milk, cattle meat, grain and leguminous crops, rapeseed, corn, feed and feed additives, fish farming, wholesale and retail trade in meat poultry and meat products. Our enterprise produces more than 20% of poultry meat products manufactured in the Republic of Belarus. The annual production volume of more than 18 million tons of poultry meat in live weight per year. The area of agricultural land is 41 700 hectares. 62 stores of its own branded network “Dzerzhinka format “At Home” throughout Belarus and 10 public catering facilities.

The assortment of our company includes 150 SKU products: poultry meat, sausages (boiled, smoked, uncooked smoked and dry-cured), sausages, hams, rolls, delicacies, brawn, pâtés, canned food, smoked meats, instant semi-finished products, grill line, dumplings, pasties.

Laureate of the Prize of the Commonwealth of Independent States for achievements in the field of product and service quality. The best exporter of the Republic of Belarus in 2019. He was awarded numerous diplomas and medals of Russian and Belarusian agricultural exhibitions, won the Grand Prix in the competitions “Product of the Year”, “Best Product”, “Choice of the Year”, etc. The enterprise was awarded a gold medal of the competition “Brand of the Year 2018”.

Halal certificate

Agrokombinat “Dzerzhinsky” was the first of the meat processing enterprises of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food to receive certificates of conformity of the production of poultry meat, products of cutting and deboning of poultry meat and poultry by-products to the requirements of  UAE.S GSO 2055 – 1: 2015, UAE.S 993: 2015, OIC / SMIIC 1: 2019. These standards are mandatory for suppliers of halal products in the UAE and Islamic cooperation countries (for compliance with the SMIIC standard).

Modern Technologies

Our broilers are raised using advanced floor and cage housing systems across 92 poultry houses and monoblocks, with a one-time capacity of 5.6 million birds. By integrating cutting-edge technologies, new equipment, and complete feeds, we have surpassed European standards in average daily weight gain of poultry, achieving 61 grams per day, with a poultry population safety rate of 96.4%.
